Videographer & Editor

The University is hiring a Videographer & Editor with 2–5 years of experience and a background in film or media production. This role handles the entire video lifecycle, from planning to final edit.Core Responsibilities

- Production: Shoot high-quality university videos, interviews, events, and drone footage using pro cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Post-Production (Mandatory): Edit raw footage, mix audio, color-grade, and add basic motion graphics.
- Content Formats: Deliver cinematic long-form profiles, documentaries, event highlights, and optimized short-form content (Reels/Shorts).
- Asset Management: Safeguard, organize, and archive equipment and raw footage files.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, admissions, and creative teams to align with university branding.

Technical Skills & Tools

- Gear: Advanced DSLRs, cinema cameras, gimbals, lighting grids, and field audio recorders.
- Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (Mandatory). Adobe Audition, Photoshop, or Illustrator are a plus.

Photographer

The University is hiring a Skilled Photographer with 2–4 years of experience to manage campus shoots, event coverage, portraits,



and photo editing.Core Responsibilities

- Photography: Shoot campus infrastructure, academic events, sports, and institutional ceremonies.
- Portraits & Architecture: Take professional staff/student portraits and clean architectural shots of buildings.
- Post-Production (Mandatory): Edit, color-correct, and retouch RAW images for print and digital use.
- Video Support: Assist the media team with basic video settings, angles, or simple B-roll capture.
- Archiving: Organize, name, and back up photo files systematically.

Software & Gear

- Software: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Camera Raw, and Bridge (Premiere/After Effects are a plus).
- Gear: DSLR and mirrorless camera systems, professional lenses, studio lights, and off-camera flash.

Requirements

- Education: Degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional photography experience.
- Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio showing photo and editing work is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
