We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in lead conversion, client communication, negotiation, and deal closure.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling qualified leads, understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and successfully converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified inbound/outbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from initial discussion to closure.
- Conduct effective client calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after closure.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or a similar role.
- Proven experience as a sales converter/closer with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to independently handle client conversations and close deals.
- Experience selling IT/software/web development or digital services will be an advantage.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
