About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function and build a strong performance culture across the organization. In this role, you will own HR strategy and execution: from hiring and workforce planning to OKR/KPI alignment, performance management, and HR analytics. You will work closely with leadership to drive productivity, billable utilization, and employee engagement as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
- Drive OKRs, KPIs, and KRAs across teams and track completion rates
- Lead the performance appraisal system to ensure high performance and accountability
- Improve employee productivity and billable efficiency through training and skill alignment
- Serve as the bridge between employees and management; maintain a positive, healthy work culture
- Manage compensation and benefits while keeping people costs under control
- Use HR metrics and analytics to support leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and strengthen HR governance and policies

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of HR experience in the IT Services industry (mandatory)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager / HR Leader, having independently managed HR for 150+ employees (not in a junior or senior executive role)
- Strong expertise in OKRs, KPIs, KRAs, and performance management systems
- Hands-on experience with operational HR: productivity tracking, billable hours, and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience with the KEKA HR platform
- Experience with HR metrics, analytics, and HRIS tools
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
