- Project Planning & Scheduling: Build master schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6. Monitor daily and monthly physical progress against baselines.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) for management and clients.
- Billing & Quantity Surveying: Measure site work, prepare Running Account (RA) bills, and process subcontractor invoices based on verified Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Reconciliation & Cost Control: Track material usage (like steel and cement) and handle rate analysis for extra or non-BOQ items.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
