JOB DESCRIPTION – SPARE INCHARGE

Position: Spare Incharge
Department: Spare Parts
Location: Alappuzha / Kayamkulam
Experience: 1–3 years in automobile spare parts preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Spare Incharge to manage spare parts inventory, ensure timely availability of parts, and support the Service Department with effective spare parts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the spare parts department.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure availability of required spare parts.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue spare parts as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with the Service Department for timely parts availability.
- Prepare and process spare parts orders and purchase requirements.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving spare parts.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of spare parts.
- Handle parts billing, documentation, and related records.




- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and delivery.
- Identify stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper control of parts inventory and minimize stock loss.
- Follow company procedures and maintain workplace discipline and cleanliness.

Requirements:

- Experience in automobile spare parts is preferred.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts will be an advantage.
- Good inventory management and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Service, Sales, and Accounts teams.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
