Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Jewellery

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Advisor to join a leading luxury jewellery brand in Mehrauli. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in luxury retail and a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients through personalised clienteling.
- Understand client requirements and provide expert product recommendations.
- Drive sales and consistently achieve individual and store targets.
- Conduct personalised product presentations and luxury consultations.
- Maintain and actively develop the client database through CRM.
- Drive repeat business through regular client follow-ups and relationship management.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience throughout the customer journey.
- Participate in private client events, collection launches,



and exclusive appointments.
- Maintain robust product knowledge and stay updated on collections and industry trends.

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail is mandatory.
- Candidates must be from an established luxury brand.
- Experience in luxury jewellery, watches, fashion, accessories, automobiles, or other luxury retail categories will be considered.
- Candidates from brands such as Ethos and other established luxury retail brands are preferred.
- Strong experience in clienteling, relationship management, and sales.
- Excellent communication, grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clientele will be an advantage.
