Sales & Business Development Executive — DPDA Growth

DPDA Growth is an IT and business automation company helping businesses streamline lead management, repetitive processes, and day-to-day operations through technology and automation.

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to help us acquire B2B clients across industries such as education, real estate, healthcare, qualified services, home services, agencies, and other lead-driven businesses.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential B2B clients

Reach out to prospects through calls and messages

Introduce DPDA Growth and understand potential clients' requirements

Identify and qualify sales opportunities

Follow up consistently with interested prospects

Maintain accurate prospect and CRM records

Arrange meetings/demos when required

Present approved services and packages

Assist in closing qualified clients

Share prospect feedback and sales activity with the team

Requirements

Good spoken and written English and Hindi

Strong communication skills

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Comfortable with outreach, cold calling and follow-ups





Self-disciplined and able to work independently

Basic computer and Google Workspace skills

Previous experience in B2B sales, telecalling, business development, education consulting, digital marketing, SaaS or IT sales is a plus

Strong freshers may also apply

Work & Compensation

Remote / Work from home

11 AM – 5 PM IST, Monday–Saturday

₹8,000/month fixed pay during the 30-day paid trial

Additional performance-based commission on successfully closed clients

Candidates are expected to remain reasonably available during working hours and normally respond to company/client messages within 30 minutes.
