Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- * Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- * Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- * Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- * Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
- * Negotiate salary within approved budgets and roll out offer letters.
- * Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- * Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
- * Handle joining formalities and support employee onboarding.
- * Coordinate with internal teams for system access, documentation, and induction.
- * Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.

Eligibility

- * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- * MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- * 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- * Experience hiring across multiple functions is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- * Solid knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- * Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- * Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- * Good understanding of HR documentation, onboarding, and background verification.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS tools.
- * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
