Job Overview:

Universal Elder Care is looking for qualified Staff Nurses to provide nursing care and clinical support to patients. The role involves monitoring patient health, assisting with routine care, maintaining patient records, and supporting the patient's care plan.

Eligibility:

- ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing qualification
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Candidates should have a valid nursing qualification
- Good communication and patient-care skills
- Willingness to work according to the assigned shift or residential schedule

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care based on the patient's requirements and care plan
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure and oxygen saturation




- Assist with routine patient-care activities
- Support medication-related care as directed by the responsible medical professional
- Observe and report changes in the patient's health condition
- Maintain accurate patient-care records and nursing documentation
- Follow appropriate hygiene, safety and infection-control practices
- Coordinate with doctors and other members of the care team when required
- Provide appropriate clinical support within the scope of the nursing role
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach while caring for patients
