Summary:

UST is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technical/engineering projects from planning through delivery. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and project deliverables.

Location: Bangalore

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sourcing, and Business teams.
- Track project progress through dashboards, reports, and project management tools.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and cost tracking.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution.
- Lead continuous improvement and standardization of project management processes.
- Participate in technical reviews and design discussions.
- Mentor team members and support strategic organizational initiatives.

- Experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Automation, Engineering Services, or Technology industries.
- Experience managing global/distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira, Smartsheet,



or similar tools.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant technical/project management experience.
