We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Staff to join our team for the upcoming Papparoti outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team
- Assist customers with menu-related queries
- Maintain professional grooming and service standards
- Handle customer requests courteously
- Support opening & closing activities

Candidate Profile

- 0–2 years’ experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant / Bakery / F&B; preferred
- Freshers with the right attitude may also apply




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite and customer-focused
- Well groomed and presentable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexible to work weekends & holidays when required
