Business Development Manager (BDM) – Architecture & Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architecture and interior design sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Handle client enquiries and understand their project requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and company presentations.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and proposals to convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams to provide suitable solutions to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve business development and sales targets.
- Track leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and project status.
- Generate new leads through networking, market visits, references, and professional contacts.





Requirements:

- Experience in architecture, interior designing, construction, or related fields.
- Solid client communication and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of interior design and project requirements.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with an effective sales pitch.
- Smart, confident, presentable, and professional while communicating with clients.
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
