Industry: Road Safety Products Manufacturing & Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive responsible for generating and converting sales leads for road safety products through IndiaMART, Justdial, online platforms, direct calling, WhatsApp, and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to daily enquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, website, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
- Search for relevant enquiries and potential customers on IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, and other B2B platforms.
- Generate current leads through online research, cold calling, references, dealers, contractors, and project enquiries.
- Contact leads promptly, understand requirements, and share product details, catalogues, quotations, and prices.
- Follow up regularly with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Convert online enquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify road/highway/infrastructure projects and approach EPC companies, contractors, dealers, consultants, PWD/NHAI-related contractors, and government suppliers.
- Maintain and update the lead/customer database and sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Follow up for payments and customer feedback.
- Track lost enquiries and work on re-conversion opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of enquiries, calls, quotations, orders, and pending follow-ups.

- Flexible posts and bollards
- Traffic signs and signboards
- Solar road studs and blinkers
- Reflective tapes
- Speed breakers
- Other road safety and traffic management products

Required Skills

- Experience in IndiaMART/Justdial lead handling and online lead generation.
- Good telephone communication and follow-up skills.
- Sales negotiation and customer conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Knowledge of road safety, construction, infrastructure, or highway products preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
