Backstage Creative Hub is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a robust background in advertising agency environments and client servicing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Manage client accounts and coordinate projects from briefing to final delivery.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate with creative, media, strategy, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Identify potential challenges and proactively resolve project or client issues.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Provide clients with relevant creative and strategic inputs when required.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of campaigns and creative assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve client relationships and project outcomes.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination,



or account management within an advertising/creative agency.
- Experience working with multiple clients and creative projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Proactive approach with good attention to detail.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools and industry-standard creative/advertising software is an advantage.
