About the Role

SV Expert HR Services is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter & Business Development Executive to handle recruitment activities and develop new corporate clients for our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Business Development & Client Empanelment:

- Identify and approach companies with regular recruitment requirements.
- Contact HR Managers, HR Heads, and decision-makers to introduce SV Expert HR Services.
- Generate new recruitment business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand clients' manpower requirements and coordinate for suitable candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.




- Follow up with companies for current and future recruitment requirements.
- Work towards empanelment/tie-ups with new corporate clients.
- Coordinate the client empanelment process and service agreements.
- Build a pipeline of potential companies requiring recruitment support.
- Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and recruitment closures.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling and approaching current companies.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented and willing to develop new clients.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy/agency will be preferred.
