- Transcribe medical reports, doctors' notes, discharge summaries, operative notes, consultation notes, and other clinical documents.
- Accurately interpret and type dictated medical information.
- Maintain correct medical terminology, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Review and proofread transcribed reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure patient information and medical records are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Identify unclear or incomplete information and clarify it with the concerned doctor/department when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of completed reports.
- Complete assigned transcription work within the required turnaround time.
- Follow hospital policies, medical-record standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, medical records, and other departments when necessary.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
