Key Responsibilities

- Requirements & Design: Gather business requirements from stakeholders, conduct fit-gap workshops, and map out scalable product lifecycle processes.
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain core modules like Recipe Development (RD), Specification Management, Document Management System (DMS), and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
- Functional Specifications: Write transparent functional specifications (FS) for custom developments, reports (such as WWI safety data sheets), and data migrations.
- Integration & Testing: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate PLM with SAP S/4HANA, supply chain, and quality modules; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support & Training: Provide tier-3/production support,



troubleshoot business-critical issues, and train end-users.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP PLM environments (ECC and S/4HANA).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of process or discrete industries (such as consumer goods, life sciences, chemicals, or discrete manufacturing).
- Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹1,696,138.03 per month
