Role Overview: Accounts Payable/Taxation

We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Senior Executive to handle Accounts Payable, taxation, accounting activities, reconciliations, and statutory compliance-related work. The candidate will also assist in audits, tax assessments, financial reporting, and other accounting and regulatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities: a. Assist in preparation of details for tax assessments and statutory audits b. Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts. c. Booking and reconciliation of credit card expenses. d. Knowledge and handling of TDS and GST-related matters. e. Preparation of creditors/MSME/Debtors ageing reports. f. Assist in fulfilling other regulatory and compliance requirements as and when required. g. Perform other Accounts-related activities assigned from time to time. h.



Prepare the Fixed Asset Register. i. Knowledge of preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

Key Skills & Competencies:- a. Valuable knowledge of Accounting principles and practices. b. Practical knowledge of TDS and GST. c. Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes. d. Strong skills in ledger scrutiny and reconciliation. e. Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP. f. Ability to prepare and maintain ageing reports and Fixed Asset Register. g. Basic understanding of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet. h. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
