PROPERTY CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Identify and generate potential customers for the company’s real estate projects through calls, referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, location, and other property features to prospective customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads regularly, maintain customer relationships, and update lead information in the CRM.
- Negotiate and coordinate with customers to facilitate bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth completion of transactions.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Head/Management.
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills are required.

Pay: ₹12,970.69 - ₹25,000.00 per month
