Sales & Marketing Head

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our admissions and marketing activities and drive student enrolments.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales & marketing team.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, counselling and conversions.
- Plan and execute local and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the media/digital marketing team.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports.
- Develop partnerships with colleges, institutions and other potential sources.
- Conduct regular team reviews and improve conversion performance.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in education.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling sales teams and achieving targets.
- Valuable knowledge of digital marketing and lead management.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
