Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Advisor with good knowledge of cars and vehicle maintenance to manage and coordinate the servicing and maintenance of the company's vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring vehicle condition, coordinating with service centres/mechanics, and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the condition and maintenance requirements of company vehicles.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections, and periodic maintenance.
- Identify and report basic vehicle issues and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with authorised service centres, workshops, and mechanics.
- Maintain records of service history, repairs, expenses, insurance, and vehicle documents.
- Track service schedules, tyre changes, battery condition, oil changes, and other routine maintenance.
- Verify service bills and repair estimates before submitting them for approval.
- Follow up on vehicles sent for servicing and ensure timely delivery.




- Maintain proper records of vehicle breakdowns and repairs.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle issues and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure company vehicles are maintained in valuable working condition and are available when required.

Requirements

- Qualification: 10th / PUC / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile servicing, vehicle maintenance, or a similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of cars and basic vehicle mechanics is essential.
- Experience coordinating with garages/service centres will be an advantage.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive cars will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per year
