Handle travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
* Understand customer requirements, destination preferences, travel dates and budget.
* Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
* Prepare customized quotations, itineraries and travel proposals.
* Follow up consistently with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
* Build robust customer relationships to generate repeat bookings and referrals.
* Handle customer queries professionally before and after booking.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, bookings and payments.
* Share regular sales and lead-conversion reports with the reporting manager.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
