Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare the Operation Theatre and ensure all surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables are ready before procedures.

· Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries.

· Handle surgical instruments and maintain proper sterile and aseptic techniques.





· Perform and monitor cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization procedures.

· Ensure proper OT setup, patient positioning, and safe shifting of patients.

· Maintain OT registers, checklists, stock records, and instrument records.

· Follow infection-control, biomedical waste management, patient-safety, and hospital SOPs.

· Check equipment functionality and report any damage or malfunction immediately.

· Maintain OT cleanliness and readiness before and after every procedure.

· Support emergency and urgent surgical procedures as required.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; Freshers may also apply
