About Us

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory records as required.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and coordinate with suppliers regarding payments.
- Generate financial reports and MIS statements for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.





Qualifications & SkillsRequired

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting systems.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance.
