Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and other platforms.
- Understand travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, telesales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.
