Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Fresher with a Mechanical Engineering background and an interest in technical sales, customer interaction, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand company products, applications, and technical specifications.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Service, and Purchase teams.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications is an advantage.
