About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from screening to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical fit, communication skills, and expectations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/technical panels
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain and update candidate database/ATS with accurate status and feedback
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions with shortlisted candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation for selected candidates
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio




- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for recurring/critical IT roles

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (technical hiring)
- Good understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technologies (e.g., developers, QA, designers, etc.)
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and Boolean search techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Good to Have

- Experience working in an IT services/product company
- Exposure to bulk hiring or niche/technical role hiring
- Familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, GreytHR, etc.)
