1. Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, corporate clients, modular furniture studios, dealers and project partners for Sweven's workspace and metal product solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development

- Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, references and market visits.
- Develop new client relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and corporate companies.
- Identify upcoming commercial, office and interior projects.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until enquiry, quotation and order closure.

B. Client & Project Handling

- Understand client/project requirements, specifications, quantities and timelines.
- Coordinate with the design, costing and production teams for quotations and technical requirements.
- Present Sweven's catalogue, products and capabilities to prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings,



site visits and product presentations.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercially within approved limits.
- Ensure smooth communication from enquiry to order confirmation.

C. Lead & CRM Management

- Maintain complete records of every lead in CRM/Excel.
- Update lead status, requirement, quotation value, follow-up date and next action.
- Categorize leads as:
- Architect
- Interior Designer
- Corporate Client
- Contractor
- Dealer
- OEM / Project Partner
- Other
- Ensure no qualified lead is missed or left without follow-up.

D. Market Development

- Research new architects, interior designers, contractors and corporate prospects.
- Build a strong database of potential B2B clients.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends.
- Identify current product/project opportunities for Sweven.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
