Job description:
We are looking for motivated and Target-Oriented candidates for the position of Field Sales officers and Managers. The selected candidate will be responsible for field-based customer acquisition, opening of customers Account, and Promote and mobilize suitable products.
The role involves meeting prospective customers, understanding requirements, Propose and Pitch suitable products, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to identify and approach prospective customers.
- Generate new customers through direct visits, references, local market visits and lead generation activities.
- Customer Acquisition.
- Promote and mobilize suitable products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly customer acquisition and business targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for documentation and customer on-boarding.
- Ensure that customer information and documentation are collected accurately as per organizational requirements.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Submit regular field activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow the organization's policies, customer-service standards and applicable compliance requirements.
