Job Title: Sales Team Leader (Two Wheeler Automobile Showroom)

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented *Sales Team Leader* to lead our two-wheeler sales team.

Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the Sales Executive team.
- Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
- Monitor enquiries, leads, follow-ups, test rides and bookings.
- Improve lead-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion.
- Support the team in customer handling and sales closing.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain CRM/DMS and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, PDI and Delivery teams.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Train and guide Sales Executives.

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/DMS.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 + Incentives
