Job Description

To take decision for L1 vendor for placement of purchase order.

To develop current vendor for PP manufacturing of coil, pipe, panel.

To ensure timely preparation of purchase order by buyer and material movement to

vendor for start of manufacturing.

Ensuring quality with FTR initiative and delivery of outsourced products

Development of processes for pressure parts outsourcing activity

Develop and train team for improvement in pressure part manufacturing outsource processes

Coordination with other departments like QC, F&A;, Stores, Logistics, Planning, inventory

control.

Expediting

Material Accounting/Reconciliation for Outsource items where raw material is free issue

from LMB.

Follow up transportation and timely quality inspection.

Troubleshooting and decision making

Driving Kaizen, 5 S initiative among team and vendor
