Job Description – Telesales Executive

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Generate new sales opportunities through calling.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Update customer details and lead status in CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the sales and production team when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer questions professionally.
- Follow up with old/inactive customers for repeat business.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.

Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
