Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students/leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals, requirements, and challenges.
- Explain Scalar Academy's programs, offerings, and value proposition effectively.
- Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the sales.
- Handle objections and answer questions professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Consistently improve sales and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling , EdTech, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with strong ownership and a desire to grow.




- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency.
