We are looking for an experienced and passionate Drafting Faculty to join our Fashion Design & Management (FDM) team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fashion drafting, pattern making, and garment construction, along with the ability to effectively train and mentor students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical classes on Fashion Drafting and Pattern Making.
- Teach students techniques related to measurements, drafting, cutting, and pattern development.
- Demonstrate garment construction and industry-relevant techniques.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends,



techniques, and industry practices.
- Support students in developing practical and professional skills.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant qualification in Fashion Design / Apparel Design / Textile Design.
- Solid expertise in Fashion Drafting and Pattern Making.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
