Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to manage the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and overall financial controls. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing a finance/accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

* Supervise and guide the Accounts/Finance team.

* Review journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, receivables, and payables.

* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Manage Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.

* Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.

* Perform and review bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

* Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance in coordination with consultants/auditors where required.





* Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial documents.

* Establish and maintain proper accounting procedures and internal financial controls.

* Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial performance.

* Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

* Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

* Prepare management reports and provide financial information to senior management for decision-making.

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

* Support management in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
