Job description:

Hiring – Gold Loan Process and Physical Verification / Audit Executive

Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Experience: 1–2 Years

Should be ready to travel within Karnataka state every month for 15 to 20 days

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Operational & Risk-Based Audits.
- Conduct Gold Loan, Cash, Inventory, Stock & Fixed Asset Audits.
- Perform Physical Verification (PV) and reconciliation.
- Perform Risk & Compliance assessments and identify control gaps.
- Identify fraud risks, irregularities, and process weaknesses.
- Prepare Audit Reports with observations and recommendations.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure proper audit documentation.
- Coordinate with branch/business teams and travel to different locations as required.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Physical verification, reconciliation etc.,
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel & MS Office knowledge.
- Positive communication and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel for audit assignments.
- Inter personal skills.

Preferred: Experience in Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, Finance, Retail, or Multi-Branch Audits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
