1. Outlet Operations

- Manage daily store openings, closings, and shift operations to ensure readiness.
- Coordinate efficiently between front-of-house service and kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and speed-of-service goals.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report immediate maintenance or repair needs.

2. Team Management

- Supervise, train, and motivate crew members on customer service, POS billing, and food preparation.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage shift scheduling, track attendance, and handle manpower allocation.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance compliance.

3. Sales & Financial Performance

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promote upselling, combo offers,



and recent menu items to maximize average order value (AOV).
- Monitor food cost, material usage, labor cost, and minimize inventory wastage.
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and POS reporting.

4. Quality, Hygiene & Compliance

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, outlet presentation, and food safety regulations.
- Ensure health and hygiene compliance, including local food authority guidelines (such as FSSAI standards).
- Maintain daily logs, operational checklists, and audit documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
