G-TEK CORPORATION PRIVATE

Atladara

About the role

G-Tek designs and manufactures electronic products used in the field by industrial and institutional customers. You will own firmware modules from specification to field deployment on STM32, Renesas and TI microcontrollers — including graphics UIs, connectivity stacks and the bootloader that keeps our installed base updatable. You will also be the technical mentor for 1–3 junior engineers.

What you will do

- Design module architecture and write design specifications before coding.
- Bring up new boards and write low-level drivers across STM32 (including dual-core H7), Renesas and TI.
- Build and maintain the bootloader and field-update path (USB, UART, OTA) with rollback and power-fail safety.
- Implement MODBUS RTU/TCP, BACnet, USB, HTTPS/TLS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LTE/2G connectivity.
- Build touch-screen UIs on STM32 using TouchGFX or LVGL with external SDRAM and QSPI/OSPI flash.
- Debug hard problems at the bench and resolve field issues with Customer Support and Service.
- Write the documentation and release records that let others build on your work.
- Review juniors’ code and run regular coaching sessions.

Must have

- 6+ years of embedded C on ARM Cortex-M, with at least 2 products shipped and supported in the field.
- Solid STM32 experience at register level, not only CubeMX-generated code.
- FreeRTOS or another RTOS in production.
- A bootloader you designed or substantially owned.
- MODBUS RTU/TCP implementation.
- Bench debugging with SWD/JTAG, oscilloscope and logic analyser.
- Git, code review and a structured development process.

- Clear written English for design documents and customer notes.

Strong advantage (we need at least two of these three)

- HMI: TouchGFX/LVGL, LTDC/DMA2D, capacitive touch controllers, external SDRAM.
- Connectivity: BACnet, USB device classes, TLS on MCU, Wi-Fi/BLE/cellular module integration.
- Platform: dual-core STM32, Renesas RA/RX, TI MCUs, QSPI/OSPI memory-mapped execution.

Good to have

- Secure boot and firmware signing; awareness of EU RED cybersecurity (EN 18031).
- EMC/ESD pre-compliance debugging.
- Python for test automation.

What success looks like

- 90 days: owns one live module; has fixed at least one field issue end-to-end; bootloader and release process documented.
- 12 months: zero Sev-1 field defects in owned firmware; one new technology shipped; juniors measurably faster.

What we offer

- Ownership of real products from spec to field, not maintenance of someone else’s code.
- A defined growth path to Team Lead – Firmware with objective criteria.
- Quarterly and annual performance bonus linked to transparent KRAs.
- CTC: competitive, based on experience.

How to apply

Send your CV with a one-page note on the hardest firmware bug you solved in a shipped product — what failed, how you found it and what you changed.
