Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment/recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Positive follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Laptop, smartphone,



and stable internet connection required.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + incentives
Location: Work From Home

Pay: ₹10,231.88 - ₹15,000.00 per month
