We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer Cum Operator responsible for programming, setting, and operating VMC machines to manufacture precision components as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and modify CNC/VMC programs using G-code and M-code.
- Set up VMC machines, including tool setting, work holding, offsets, and fixture setup.
- Operate VMC machines and monitor machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining instructions.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and optimize cutting parameters.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Perform tool offset corrections and basic machine troubleshooting.
- Maintain quality, production targets, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
