Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and online advertising.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor ad performance, leads, reach and engagement, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enquiries and leads.
- Research current social media trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and promotional materials.

Requirements:





- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Valuable knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Creative thinking and understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results.
- Previous experience with real estate, architecture, construction or similar businesses is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 4+ year preferred
