We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Stock Auditor Executive to conduct physical stock audits, verify inventory records, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory management across warehouses and operational locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical stock audits at warehouses, offices, and operational locations.
- Verify physical stock against system records, stock registers, invoices, and other inventory documents.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, damages, expired products, and inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed stock audit reports and share findings with management and concerned teams.
- Investigate reasons for stock variances and coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and other relevant teams for resolution.
- Verify stock inward, outward, transfer, replenishment, and consumption records.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of inventory records.
- Conduct surprise stock checks and periodic reconciliation as required.
- Monitor inventory handling procedures and highlight process gaps or control weaknesses.
- Maintain proper audit records, photographs, supporting documents, and reconciliation statements.
- Follow up on previously identified discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are implemented.




- Support management in improving inventory control and reducing stock losses.
- Travel to different locations/warehouses as required for conducting audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in stock audit, inventory management, warehouse operations, or internal audit.
- Positive knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock management processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to work with inventory data.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate the root cause.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, warehouse, or distribution operations will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy of physical stock verification.
- Timely completion of stock audits.
- Identification and reduction of stock discrepancies.
- Accuracy of audit and reconciliation reports.
- Closure of audit observations within defined timelines.
- Compliance with inventory control procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
