About the Role:

- Maternity leave cover for an existing acupuncture practitioner, with potential to stay long-term
- Opportunity to shadow the current practitioner before commencing independently
- Established patient base and supportive handover provided
- Suitable for both new graduates and experienced practitioners
- The right candidate will be proactive in building their practice, engaging with the local community, and contributing to marketing and business growth

Responsibilities:

- Provide acupuncture treatments and patient-centred care
- Step into and manage an existing caseload
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary clinic team




- Participate in team meetings and skills development
- Contribute to marketing, community engagement, and referral network building
- Maintain efficient, organised, and professional clinical practice

Support Provided:

- Full-time reception support
- Established and genuinely integrated multi-modal clinic environment
- Ongoing guidance and mentoring while settling in and building caseload
- In-house marketing support
- Regular team social events
- Shadowing and handover period before independent practice

Requirements:

- Qualified Acupuncturist with AHPRA registration
- Friendly, patient-first approach
- Ability to work unrestricted in Australia
- First Aid certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Professional insurance
- Comfortable working in a collaborative clinic environment
- New graduates and experienced practitioners are welcome to apply

Additional Notes:

- Pay is percentage-based on earnings
- Sponsorship is not available
- Preference for someone living close to the Northern Beaches / North Shore area
