MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Marketing & Communication Manager
Experience: 6+ Years
Salary: 8LPA-15LPA, Slight Negotiable.
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communication Manager to lead brand communication, marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and corporate communications. The candidate should have strong experience in developing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and driving brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate communication.
- Plan and execute digital, social media, BTL, ATL, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage content, creatives, campaigns, and communication materials.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, content teams, and external vendors.




- Develop marketing campaigns for clinics, healthcare services, and new launches.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and performance dashboards.
- Support PR activities, events, conferences, camps, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business and brand objectives.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications.
- Strong experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Healthcare Services / Consumer Marketing preferred.
