Position: IT Technician
Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 180–200 per month-(45,000 to 50,000 INR)
Experience: Experienced IT Technician required
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and users.
- Install and configure operating systems and required software.
- Maintain computer networks, routers, switches, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Monitor IT equipment and maintain proper records.
- Assist with data backup and basic IT security procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Positive experience as an IT Technician is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking and basic IT infrastructure.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work professionally with users and colleagues.
