Kaamdhenu Agrotrade Private Limited is an agriculture-based company in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, dedicated to the progress of farmers and the service of society. We supply soil-health products such as biochar, vermicompost and PROM, along with bamboo, vetiver and fruit plants, and carry out mushroom farming, Miyawaki plantation and highway/CSR plantation projects.

We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our project site and ensure work is completed on time with proper quality and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily tasks as per the project plan, ensure quality work, and complete milestones on time.
- Take daily attendance, assign tasks to workers, enforce safety rules, and keep labour records and documents updated.
- Check and record all materials received and issued at the site, prevent wastage or theft,



and inform the office when stock runs low.
- Maintain an accurate record of site expenses, submit bills for every expense, and settle advances against proper bills.
- Send a daily update with site photos every evening, report problems immediately, and coordinate with the office, vendors, farmers and clients.

Requirements

- Experience in site work, agriculture or plantation (freshers willing to learn can apply)
- Honesty, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to send reports on mobile and maintain basic records
- Willingness to stay on site when required

Pay: ₹10,965.82 - ₹29,757.07 per month
