Educan Global Operations is looking for an Overseas Recruiter to join our team in Chennai.

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with candidates, understanding their requirements, guiding them on suitable overseas opportunities, and following up with them throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact candidates and Understand their requirements and career goals
- Provide guidance on suitable overseas opportunities
- Explain the recruitment process and relevant opportunities
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain candidate information and update follow-up status
- Work towards assigned targets and conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

Requirements

- Good convincing and follow-up skills with a confident approach
- Experience in recruitment,



overseas education, or sales will be an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply
