Position: Security Supervisor
Location: Mahaveerganj, Balrampur, Chhattisgarh
Industry: Mining / Industrial Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations at the site.
- Maintain strict entry and exit control for employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.
- Monitor gate passes, vehicle movement, loading/unloading and material dispatch.
- Conduct regular security rounds and ensure proper site surveillance.
- Maintain attendance, shift rosters, incident reports and security records.
- Coordinate with management and local authorities in case of security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company security procedures and safety protocols.
- Prevent theft, unauthorized access and misuse of company assets.




- Handle emergency situations and coordinate immediate response when required.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in mining, manufacturing, industrial or plant operations.
- Graduate preferred; ex-servicemen candidates will be considered.
- Valuable communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage security personnel in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work at a remote industrial/mining location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
