Key Responsibilities

- Source products from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, manufacturers, wholesalers, importers and suppliers.
- Assist in identifying and developing new products as per business requirements
- Compare quotations, negotiate pricing and evaluate supplier offers
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors for order execution and timely deliveries
- Track order status and ensure smooth procurement operations
- Manage inventory requirements and packaging material procurement
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and logistics partners
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries and supplier commitments
- Maintain vendor database, product records and procurement documentation
- Handle business correspondence with suppliers and clients
- Good communication and follow-up ability
- Basic Excel,word and email communication skills
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders and procurement processes

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
