Locations: Muzaffarnagar | Agra | Bareilly | Aligarh
Vacancies: 4 Positions — 1 per location

We are looking for Sales Officers to strengthen our seed business and market operations across Uttar Pradesh.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Agriculture
- M.Sc. Agriculture
- MBA – Agri Business Management (preferred)

Experience

2–3 years of experience preferred, particularly in the seed industry, agricultural inputs, or allied agri-business sectors.

What we are looking for

Candidates should have:

- Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with dealers and distributors
- Confidence and ability to convince, negotiate and drive sales
- Practical understanding of agriculture and local farming practices
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and other digital/business tools
- Ability to understand market requirements and translate them into actionable sales activities
- Solid follow-up and field execution skills

Local experience will be preferred.



Candidates who have previously worked in the same location/region and understand the local dealer network, cropping systems, farmers, market dynamics and regional requirements will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales orders
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor relationships
- Ensure timely payment collection
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market activity
- Provide market intelligence, including competitor activity, demand trends and farmer/dealer feedback
- Support market development and achieve assigned sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and fulfilment
